Terms & Conditions

A. Refund:

No refund for 4 classes session enrollment.
For 12 classes’ semester enrollment, monetary refund is allowed only within 14 days of payment. There will be a cancellation fee of $30. Classes completed within the 14 days added with cancellation fee will be retained with Adrija Dance Academy. The remainder will be refunded.
No refund for Bollywood Fitness workout classes.
In the event of class cancellations or customer-requested refunds, Adrija Dance Academy will process refund requests within a reasonable time. While we strive to handle refunds promptly, Adrija Dance Academy does not guarantee a specific timeline for when the refund will be credited to your account. External factors such as banking or processing delays may affect the refund timeline, which are beyond the control of Adrija Dance Academy.

B. Trial Class:

No payment needed prior to your first trial class (except in TX). Upon enrollment, your trial class will be counted as the first class. ONLY for launch classes it will be not counted towards your enrollment credits.
Only one trial class is allowed per student. If you have completed one trial class, and want to try out a different dance style or at a different studio or a different batch, you will be required to either enroll or pay a drop in fee.
No FREE trial class applicable in Texas. Please pay the $10 fee to book your appointment.

C. Missed/absent Class:

If classes are cancelled by academy, it will not be counted. Automatic credit is applied and your end date is carried forward.
If you missed a class (group classes only),
1. In Ohio & Texas, you can make up for a missed class by scheduling a class at one of our other studios, besides the one you are enrolled with, and within the last date of the current enrollment cycle. You MUST take an appointment before attending the class. Make up class limits: 3 times for 12 class enrollment. 1 time for 4 class enrollment. End date will not be extended.
2. For all other states, no make up class is provided.
3. Only 1 makeup class can be carried forward from your current cycle to the next. Ensure to plan your attendance and classes appropriately. Dates missed must be communicated to us through this REPORT ABSENT GOOGLE FORM

D. Deferrals

For 4 weeks’ enrollment, there is no policy of deferral.
For semester 12 weeks’ enrollment, we accept deferred registration. If you are enrolled for a semester, and >=50% of your classes are remaining, you are eligible for deferral for a minimum of 3+ "consecutive" weeks. You are required to email a formal request 2 weeks in advance, before the start date of the requested deferral period, and sign the deferral form for confirmation. The deferral period cannot exceed 12 weeks’ duration.

E. Performance/ Rehearsals/ Video recording waivers:

If you are enrolled or taking a trial with Adrija Dance Academy, you are agreeing to be video recorded in class or/and on stage, and these materials could/would be used on social media.
The expenses, if any, (including but not limited to costume, props, tickets etc.) for your or your Childs performance will be your responsibility. You are required to comply and have ownership of those responsibilities.
Rehearsals with teacher/s that lasts for a minimum of one hour, will be considered a paid regular class, by industry standards.
For any stage performance as students of Adrija Dance Academy, it is required to have a valid enrollment status. Only actively enrolled in 4-class or 12-class enrollments will be allowed to perform. Out of enrollment status needs to enroll before performing.
For recitals exclusively, there will be added Event Charge that will be communicated in advance and you will have specific duration of time and the authority to decide if you would like to sign up for it. Once signed up, you are required to comply and have ownership of those responsibilities.

F. Privacy Notice – Photos/Videos - Minors

This notice concerns the collection and use of personal data as a student or trial class attendee at Adrija Dance Academy LLC. When you participate in our activities accompanied by your children under the age of 13 (“Minor”), Adrija Dance Academy may use photographic, film and/or audio content that includes the Minor’s image or voice.
The minor photograph/video will be used by Adrija Dance Academy to create a promotional content or video used on our social media platforms and for advertising.
We retain the Minor’s personal data in line with our retention policies. We only retain the Minor’s information where we have a legitimate reason for doing so.
By enrolling you are giving your consent to process the Minor’s photograph/video, you can withdraw your consent without reason, at any time by emailing adrija.dance.academy@gmail.com. Please note that this withdrawal of your consent will not affect the validity of any processing carried out prior to your withdrawal.

G. Waiver & Release

In consideration of your acceptance of my/ my family's participation in the above program, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Adrija Dance Academy, their volunteers, employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the program("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I voluntarily, choose to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, permanent disability, or death arising from or in connection with my presence at the Facility or Venue where classes or dance activities like Recitals are hosted. I hereby release and hold harmless Adrija Dance Academy, their employees, volunteers, agents, directors, representatives and other participants from and against all liabilities (statutory or otherwise) for claims, suits, demands, judgement, costs, Interest and expense (including but not limited to attorney's fees and disbursements) for Injury, illness, permanent disability, or death related to COVID-19 arising from or In connection with mine or my children’s presence at the Facility, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
We understand permission to participate in the events to perform Is solely approved by the teachers of Adrija Dance Academy for the event and It Is not guaranteed by other means.
Adrija Dance Academy will not be held liable for any misuse. Upon Enrolling & registering for trial class, I/we hereby authorize Adrija Dance Academy to share the student’s/parent’s details to any federal Investigation or audit conducted over this event.
Upon enrollment and/or registering for trial class, I HAVE RELEASED LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVE UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY ACCEPTING, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
Limitation of Liability: By enrolling in Adrija Dance Academy, you agree that the Academy, its owners, instructors, staff, or affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, non-delivery, or issues with refunds.
Waiver of Legal Action: You further agree that you will not initiate any lawsuit, legal proceedings, or claims against Adrija Dance Academy related to refunds, cancellations, or service disputes. This waiver of legal action is binding upon your heirs, successors, and legal representatives.
Policy Acceptance: By enrolling in Adrija Dance Academy and current or past participation in any of its services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions, including the waiver of the right to sue.

H. Late Fees / Overdue or Missed Payments

In case of re-enrollment, attending the class without completing the payment will result in late fees. 1 class overdue will incur $30 late fees added to your class fee. Following overdue classes will have an additional $20 late fee per class, besides your regular class fee.

By enrolling and/or Registering for a trial class, you are accepting all the above terms and conditions.
